Role purpose

To account, review, and control AR and revenues, which are generated from wholesale distribution projects.

Key accountabilities & decision ownership

• Having adequate knowledge of Vodafone products and services.
• Daily monitoring of SKUs prices and adjusting the prices whenever needed.
• Handle daily operations of sales orders related to wholesale distribution ensuring correct discounts are applied per agent.
• Manage and control over daily orders dispatched against payments and collection.
• Manage invoicing for agents, collections, credit notes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly confirmations with agents.
• Manage credit limits and credit facilities for agents.
• Reconcile AR sub ledger versus GL balance.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Accuracy and integrity of balance sheet reconciliations and meeting group requirements for BSR.

• Must have technical/professional qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of international accounting principles.
• XLS/Access basic user.
• Ability to deal with ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards.
