Responsibilities and duties: - Perform installation and comprehensive maintenance work for water supply and wastewater networks in the facility. - Inspect and repair faults and leaks in water lines, sinks, mixers, and bathrooms on a regular basis. - Maintain and operate tanks, pumps (water pumps), and various types of water heaters. - Handle obstructions and unclog sewer lines using appropriate tools and equipment. - Conduct preventive maintenance for networks and equipment, document faults, and inform management of shortages and required spare parts. - Fully comply with occupational safety and health standards during execution of works and installations. Requirements and conditions: - Gender: Male. - Educational qualification: Medium / upper-medium qualification (technician / artisan) or industrial secondary diploma (plumbing/refrigeration and air conditioning) or without qualification with proven practical experience. - Age: 20 to 40 years old. - Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of prior experience in plumbing maintenance in hotels, restaurants, tourist villages, or companies. - Skills: Full knowledge of types of pipes and spare parts, ability to read simple diagrams, and skill in solving problems quickly.
