Job required: plumber / plumbing technician and maintenance for island facility. Responsibilities: Implement and perform comprehensive installation and maintenance of water and sewage networks within the facility. Regularly inspect and repair faults and leaks in water lines, basins, taps, and bathrooms. Maintain and operate tanks, pumps, and water heaters of various types. Handle blockages and unclog sewage lines using appropriate tools and equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance for networks and equipment, document faults, and inform management of shortages and required spare parts. Fully comply with occupational safety and health standards during execution of work and installations. Requirements:
Gender: Male.
Education: secondary or higher secondary qualification (technician / craftsman) or industrial diploma (Plumbing/ refrigeration and air conditioning department) or without qualification with proven practical experience.
Age: 20 to 40 years old.
Experience: at least 1 to 3 years in plumbing maintenance in hotels, restaurants, tourist villages, or companies.
Skills: thorough knowledge of pipe types and spare parts, ability to read simple diagrams, and skill in solving problems quickly.
