???? We’re Hiring | HR Manager We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to build, standardize, and develop the HR function across the organization. Key Responsibilities:• Develop the organizational grading & career structure• Build Training & Development, TNA, IDPs & succession planning• Standardize the recruitment & hiring process• Develop compensation, salary review & benefits cycles• Establish a structured onboarding & probation process• Conduct workload & manpower assessments• Implement a company-wide performance management & KPI system????
