Role Description The CNS Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo or Giza Egypt, responsible for driving the promotion and growth of the company’s CNS portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include engaging healthcare professionals through regular field visits, presenting product information, and providing scientific support to ensure appropriate use of CNS medicines. The role involves executing territory action plans, organizing educational activities such as lectures and round tables, and participating in conferences and internal training to stay updated on CNS therapy trends. The CNS Product Specialist will monitor market dynamics, collect feedback from healthcare providers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product positioning. Accurate reporting of activities, adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, and achievement of sales and performance targets are central to this position. Qualifications
• Only pharmacists, vet or science graduates. • Only Cairo and Giza resident. Strong scientific and clinical knowledge in CNS therapeutic areas, with the ability to understand and communicate complex product information clearly. Experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical promotion, preferably in CNS, with proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to lead discussions and educational sessions with diverse audiences. Solid planning, territory management, and organizational skills, with capacity to prioritize visits, activities, and reporting responsibilities. Comfort with data analysis and use of digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office) to track performance, prepare reports, and support decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life sciences field; postgraduate or specialized training in CNS or pharmacology is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to work ethically in line with pharmaceutical regulations and company compliance standards. High level of initiative, resilience, and teamwork, with a customer-focused mindset and willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.
