Key Responsibilities:

• Site Execution & Supervision: Manage and supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed in strict accordance with approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and the project schedule.

• Work Inspection & Handover: Inspect and receive all work packages completed by subcontractors and labor forces, ensuring full compliance with quality standards and engineering codes prior to consultant handover.

• Subcontractor Management & Invoicing: Monitor subcontractors' progress and performance, review their executed quantities, and prepare their periodic payment certificates (invoices) accordingly.

• Quantity Surveying (QS): Perform accurate, detailed quantity surveying and measurement of all executed on-site works (concrete, masonry, finishes, etc.) and cross-reference them with contract drawings.

• Client Invoicing: Prepare, review, and compile periodic and final payment applications (client invoices) and follow up on their approval to ensure healthy project cash flow.

• Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate effectively between upper management, the project consultant, and subcontractors to resolve any technical discrepancies or site obstacles.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university.

• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience as a site engineer in construction projects (experience in repair projects is preferred).

• Technical Skills: High proficiency in engineering and measurement software, particularly AutoCAD and MS Excel.
