Talent360 توظف مدير مشروع برمجيات. نبحث عن مدير مشروع برمجيات له سجل حافل في تسليم مشاريع البرمجيات في الوقت المحدد، ضمن النطاق، وفي الميزانية. المرشح المثالي هو خبير في دورات حياة تطوير البرمجيات، المنهجيات الرشيقة، وقيادة الفرق متعددة التخصصات. ستكون بمثابة نقطة المساءلة الأساسية لنجاح المشروع، مع توازن بين الفهم الفني، أولويات العمل، وتوقعات أصحاب المصلحة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة التسليم من النهاية إلى النهاية لمشروعات تطوير البرمجيات من البدء والتخطيط حتى التنفيذ والمراقبة والإغلاق.
- تحديد نطاق المشروع، الأهداف، النتائج المتوقعة، ومعايير النجاح بالتعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة والقادة الفنيين.
- تطوير وصيانة خطط مشاريع تفصيلية، الجداول الزمنية، الميزانيات، وخطط تخصيص الموارد.
- إدارة فرق متعددة التخصصات من المطورين، ومهندسي QA، والمصممين، ومحللي الأعمال لضمان تنفيذ متسق.
- تطبيق المنهجيات الرشيقة، سكرم، شلال، أو نهج هجين كما يقتضي كل تعاقد.
- التعرف بشكل استباقي على المخاطر والمشكلات والاعتماديات في المشروع وتقييمها والتخفيف منها.
- متابعة أداء المشروع باستخدام المقاييس والأدوات ذات الصلة وتقديم تحديثات الوضع لأصحاب المصلحة.
- إدارة تغييرات النطاق من خلال عملية تحكم تغيّر منظمة.
الملف الشخصي المرغوب للمرشح
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تكنولوجيا information، أو تخصص ذو صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة موثقة في تسليم مشاريع برمجيات معقدة ومتعددة الأطراف ضمن بيت برمجيات أو بيئة تكنولوجية.
- إتقان قوي في المنهجيات الرشيقة/سكرم وإطارات إدارة المشاريع التقليدية.
- مهارات قيادة وتفاوض وحل نزاعات ممتازة.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية رائعة.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع والتعاون مثل Jira، MS Project، أو ما يماثله.
المؤهلات المفضلة:
- درجة الماجستير في مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادات مهنية مثل PMP، PRINCE2، PMI-ACP، أو Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- خبرة في إدارة فرق موزعة أو دولية.
- الإلمام بممارسات ERP و SaaS.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent360 is hiring a Software Project Manager. We are looking for a Software Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering software projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate is an expert in software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership. You will serve as the primary point of accountability for project success, balancing technical understanding, business priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and technical leads.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage cross-functional teams of developers, QA engineers, designers, and business analysts to ensure cohesive execution.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to each engagement.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track project performance using relevant metrics, and reporting tools, and present status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage scope changes through a structured change-control process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder software projects within a software house or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and traditional project management frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Experience managing distributed or international teams.
- Familiarity with ERP and SaaS practices.
