Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Call Center Representative role based in Nasr City. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information about products, services, and after-sales support. The role involves logging and updating customer interactions in the system, following up on open cases, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The representative will work closely with internal teams to escalate complex requests, maintain high service standards, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention. The position also requires adhering to call center scripts and policies while identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. Qualifications Strong customer service and customer support skills, with a focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal skills and clear, professional verbal and written communication abilities. Solid computer literacy, including familiarity with call center software, CRM systems, and basic office applications. Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role in automotive or related industries is an advantage. Ability to work on-site full time in Nasr City, manage high call volumes, and handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English; additional languages are a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
