We are seeking a high-performing Fit-Out Manager to oversee the delivery of premium hotel and hospitality fit-out projects. Project Scope High-end hotel and hospitality environments requiring exceptional finishing and strong design alignment. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple fit-out projects concurrently from planning through to final handover Coordinate between design, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment and delivery efficiency Review drawings, materials, and specifications to maintain design intent and quality standards Lead FF&E planning, selection, and installation coordination Ensure seamless integration between architectural, FF&E, and MEP works Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines across all assigned projects Conduct periodic site visits to assess quality, resolve issues, and drive performance Manage contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements Act as the key interface between internal teams and clients Requirements Proven experience managing multiple high-end hotel and hospitality fit-out projects Solid background in design coordination, with exposure to architectural detailing and FF&EStrong understanding of fit-out execution and MEP integration Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering
