Egy Bell is recruiting an HR Business Partner for a reputable company located in New Maadi.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic Planning:Primary point of contact for business; creates strategies and approaches that align the business enterprise-wide; engages resources as appropriate to ensure the effectiveness of programs and initiatives deployed. Supports business to create an integrated people plan that aligns with the strategic plans of the company. Advises leaders on the implications of short and long-term decisions, strategies, and large-scale change efforts. Designs discovery processes to capture business needs and required capabilities; partners with senior leaders to help create a strategy and organizational structure. Monitors and leverages performance results to recommend improvements. Partners with Egy Bell clients and Field HR to develop policies, programs, and tools and provides timely feedback. Maintains a high level of engagement with the business and has knowledge of its financial position, its short- and long-term goals and plans, its culture, and its competition.
Organization Development/ Change:Direct, and monitor all OD activities related to Egy Bell and Business clients. Act as HR Lead for all restructures within Egy Bell and its clients, utilizing the Management of Organizational Change Policy, ensuring that formal consultation processes take place with all affected staff and the trade unions. Act as HR lead on all compulsory redundancy processes, ensuring compliance with employment law and the client’s Redundancy Policy.

Account Management:In concert with HR Director and Managing director. S/ he will be responsible for designing and reshaping the client’s monthly report for all Account Management team. Represent Egy Bell in clients’ HR consulting services meetings. Guide, train, and direct managers and employees on the implementation of HR policies and processes to ensure appropriate legal and Egy Bell compliance. Initiate and sustains continuous dialogue with function leaders on both internal and external change issues and opportunities. Facilitate the development of change plans and implementation of business transformational initiatives. Research, recommend, create, and direct best practices and trends to influence effective organizational design solutions. Facilitate and influence leaders in the development of effective organizational designs. Analyze how change can be sustained/supported through redesigned HR strategies, programs, practices, and policies.

Employee / Client Relations:Have a clear understating of all Egy Bell services. Build solid and professional relationships with existing and potential clients. Responsible for addressing clients’ concerns and requests. Work closely with management and employees to improve engagement and retention. Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and continue to reflect both up-to-date employment law and best practices. Responsible for Staff well-being, and actively seeking ways of supporting the management of workplace stress. Responsible for dealing with workplace conflict through the introduction of an effective mediation service and through the introduction of bullying and harassment ambassadors. Review staff awards processes and design an effective staff award system. Collaborate with management to create career development plans and pathways to support employee growth. Compliance with health and safety policy and procedures and risk assessments Raise awareness of Egy Bell’s Equality and Diversity Policy and targets.
Talent Development:Plan and promote the understanding, application, and improvement of strategies to address talent gaps and needs. Develop and implement HR plans and programs with business leaders and Centers of Expertise. Collaborate with clients to support and/or drive workforce planning and design efforts, talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and employment/labor issues. Partner with the client on the strategy and implementation of leadership meetings, team building workshops/activities, exercises, or programs to enhance the cohesiveness of teams.
Other:Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to all the HR team. Perform other related tasks as required.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.4 - 6 years of experience in the same position. Excellent English level (spoken and written). HR diploma or certificate is a must. MBA holder, CIPD, HRM is preferable. Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs. V. good command of Data Analysis programs/methods. Excellent command of HR Software. Excellent communication, time-management and leadership skills.
Technical Skills:Proficient knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, and Social Insurance. Excellent understanding of HR best practices and ability to apply this to employee relations cases. Experience in performance management and working within defined policies and procedures. Experience in leading organizational change projects including restructures and redundancy programs.
