This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent computer science graduate or a developer with limited experience who wants to specialize in the high-demand field of Odoo ERP development. You will work closely with senior developers to customize modules, build new functionalities, and support client implementations. Key Responsibilities Module Development: Assist in the development and customization of Odoo modules (both Community and Enterprise editions) according to client requirements. Debugging & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients or internal teams, ensuring system stability and performance. Customization: Modify existing Odoo features and workflows to align with specific business processes. Integration: Support the integration of Odoo with third-party applications and external APIs as needed. Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation for custom developments, configurations, and deployment processes. Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Testing: Participate in unit testing and system integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables. Maintenance: Assist in the regular maintenance and upgrade of Odoo instances for existing clients. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in software development. Internships or academic projects involving Odoo are a strong advantage. Technical Skills:Python: Solid understanding of Python programming language (core concepts, OOP). Odoo Framework: Basic knowledge of Odoo structure (Models, Views, Templates, Controllers) is highly preferred. Databases: Familiarity with Postgre SQL and basic database queries. Front-end Basics: Understanding of XML, Java Script, and CSS for backend view customizations. Version Control: Basic knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
