Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for a Pre-Post Sales Engineer. Responsibilities include delivering technical support to clients, providing pre-sales consultation, assisting in crafting tailored solutions for customer needs, and helping with post-sales implementation and troubleshooting. The role requires effective collaboration with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Sales to support the development of customized solutions and drive business growth. Experience in Technical Support and the ability to resolve technical concerns effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and maintain professional relationships. Proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in handling various client requirements. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with home and building automation systems or lighting equipment is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and maintain project timelines.
