Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Sales Engineer. In this role, the Senior Sales Engineer will manage client accounts, build long-term customer relationships, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs. The position will require collaboration with internal teams to optimize processes and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications Sales skills, including client relationship management, lead generation, negotiation, and achieving revenue goals.3 - 5 Technical expertise and deep understanding of construction materials, especially ready mix concrete. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to provide customized solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in the construction or ready mix industry is required. Strong organizational and time management skills.
