Amreyah Cement is seeking a results-driven Senior Budgeting Specialist to manage budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities while supporting operational and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong experience in cost accounting, budget management, variance analysis, and monthly closing within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and support budgeting and cost control activities across all departments. Manage the full operational budgeting cycle, including budget setting, expenditure control, and variance reporting. Oversee day-to-day cost accounting operations and ensure accuracy of cost allocation. Participate in developing and improving cost control processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Support ERP/CO module implementation and optimization related to budgeting and cost accounting. Take full responsibility for budgeting-related monthly closing and reporting activities. Prepare detailed variance analysis and communicate financial risks and opportunities to operational managers. Support quarterly reviews and annual audits (internal & external) by providing required reports and documentation. Provide financial insights to support cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.5–8 years of experience in budgeting, cost accounting, or FP&A. Strong experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a must. Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and budgeting processes. Hands-on experience with an ERP system Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
