Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Trainer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Corporate Trainer will design and deliver customized training programs, facilitate workshops, and provide professional development coaching to individuals and teams. The role involves assessing training needs, preparing training materials, utilizing various instructional methods, and evaluating program effectiveness to meet the unique needs of diverse clients. The Corporate Trainer is also expected to collaborate with teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies, while inspiring growth and continuous improvement for employees and entrepreneurs.
Qualifications Expertise in Training Delivery, Presentation Skills, and Facilitation Techniques Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, and Training Material Creation experience Proficiency in Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership Development Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship-Building Skills Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program impact Proven knowledge of management consulting and professional development concepts Adaptability to work within multicultural and dynamic environments Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Education, or a related field; advanced certifications or degrees are advantageous Experience in working with diverse teams and familiarity with global learning methodologies is beneficial
