Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) Tourism role, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing and developing strategies for corporate and MICE tourism services, coordinating with clients and partners, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality travel and event solutions. The candidate will handle budgeting, client relations, and team training to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, create reports, and develop effective strategies Proficiency in finance to manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, partners, and team members Customer service expertise to provide high-quality experiences and address client needs effectively Experience in training and leading teams to achieve organizational goals Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic work environments Proven experience in corporate tourism or MICE sector management is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
