Role Description This is a full-time on-site role. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The role includes managing customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting sales initiatives to drive growth.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build relationships effectively. Proficiency in conducting Market Research and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions. Experience in building and implementing Marketing Strategies to achieve organizational objectives. Background in Sales and the ability to develop campaigns to support revenue growth. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
