Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reservations Supervisor located in Giza. The Reservations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day reservation tasks, manage and train reservations staff, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing reservations, monitoring booking trends, and maintaining effective communication with other departments to optimize room occupancy.
Requirements:- Candidates should have 5 years of relevant experience in the same field and the hospitality .- Proven experience using Opera PMS.- Good command of the English language.- Strong communication and organizational skills.- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Giza or Cairo.
