Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Cairo, Egypt, for a Customer Service Agent fluent in English. The role involves assisting customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve inquiries and provide support. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, providing accurate information on products and services, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Agents will also document interactions and escalate issues to higher levels if needed.
Qualifications Fluent English language skills, including excellent verbal and written communication (MUST) Customer service, interpersonal skills, and effective problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate customer management systems2 years experience in call center or customer support roles is advantageous Empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution skills Familiarity with technical troubleshooting or basic software skills is a plus Experience in the Retail & E-Commerce Team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer support are a bonus
