Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and review monthly and quarterly VAT returns in accordance with Egyptian tax regulations. •Calculate and submit corporate income tax and payroll tax filings on behalf of clients •Ensure timely and accurate tax filings of income tax, stamp duty, and withholding tax •Handle tax inspections and represent clients before the Egyptian Tax Authority, including preparing documentation and attending meetings •Maintain organized tax records and ensure compliance with all local tax laws and deadlines •Assist with financial reporting and support the audit team during year-end closures •Provide support in tax planning strategies and identifying compliance risks •Communicate with clients to gather financial data, clarify issues, and ensure smooth coordination
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 2–4 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a firm environment • Solid understanding of Egyptian tax laws and payroll regulations • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Knowledge of accounting software is a plus • Attention to detail and analytical thinking • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
