Role Purpose:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team. Your mission will be to optimize our daily business processes, ensure cross-departmental coordination, and help us scale efficiently. If you are a problem-solver who loves turning chaos into order, we want to meet you! Key Responsibilities:Process Management: Monitor and improve daily operational workflows to ensure maximum productivity. Coordination: Act as a bridge between different departments (Sales, Finance, Logistics) to ensure smooth communication. Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services. Quality Control: Identify bottlenecks in the system and implement effective solutions to maintain high service standards. Documentation: Maintain updated records of internal procedures and policies.customer Follow-up: Manage post-service communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and professionally handle any feedback or complaints. Maintenance Team Supervision: Oversee the maintenance team's daily operations, ensuring all technical tasks are executed accurately and on time. Scheduling & Resource Planning: Create and manage efficient work schedules and shifts for the maintenance team to ensure 24/7 or optimal coverage. Spare Parts Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of spare parts, conduct regular inventory audits, and ensure no shortages occur in critical items. Procurement & Purchasing: Handle the end-to-end procurement process for tools and spare parts, from identifying needs to negotiating with vendors and finalizing purchases.
