Job Details

As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be the bridge between Egypt Hotels and our current & potential clients. Your main goal is to build strong relationships, expand our client network, and drive sales targets through professional guidance and strategic engagement. Key Responsibilities:Present and sell company properties and services to current and prospective clients. Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activities. Conduct professional presentations explaining projects in detail. Attend business meetings to analyze, solve challenges, and propose innovative ideas. Participate in location visits to understand customer needs and enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to create action plans and identify sales targets. Manage calls during new promotions and initiate outbound client communications. Skills & Competencies:Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Excellent communication in English & Arabic; additional languages are a plus. Conflict resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills. Detail-oriented with focus on quality and innovation. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of experience in real estate or a related sales field. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and foster a cooperative work environment. Interactions:Internal: Commercial & Finance Departments External: Clients, Brokers, and Strategic Partners
