We 're Hiring: healthcare Quality Consultant - ISOS Healthcare Management consultancy / smouha , Alexandria
Responsibility:
•Lead and Support the preparation of healthcare organizations for GAHAR accreditation.
•Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and develop strategic action plans for quality improvement.
•Oversee the implementation and follow up of corrective action plans across client facilities.
• Design and deliver advanced training programs for clients ' quality and clinical teams .
• Evaluate progress, prepare reports , and provide expert recommendations to thw ISOS quality department

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in medicine is mandatory.
•TQM or MQM certificate is required
•Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality management, including hands-on roles in accreditation preparation.
•Previous participation in GAHAR accreditation preparation is preferred.
• Deep understanding of national and international quality standards and healthcare regulations.
• Strong command of MS office and healthcare documentation tools.
• Proven ability to lead , analyse, train ,and communicate effectively in multidisciplinary healthcare settings.
