Egy Cham is hiring Sr. CRM Manager for one of our clients in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry.
Role Description Develop and lead the CRM strategy to enhance customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. Design and execute customer journeys, loyalty programs, and personalized communication campaigns. Analyze customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and engagement metrics to generate actionable insights. Lead data segmentation and targeting strategies for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal activities. Monitor and improve key CRM KPIs such as retention rate, repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), and churn. Oversee campaign execution across channels (email, SMS, app, Whats App, loyalty platforms).
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. From 8 to 12 years of experience in CRM, customer analytics, or retention marketing, with strong F&B exposure. Solid understanding of F&B customer behavior, and loyalty economics. Hands-on experience with CRM systems, customer databases, and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business actions. Experience managing customer data, segmentation models, and campaign performance analysis. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
