Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in New Cairo. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout service interactions.
Qualifications:Strong skills in Customer Service. Graduated. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Prior experience in sales is preferred. Flexibility with rotational shifts. Proficiency in English (B2/B1+).
