Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Cairo. The role involves assisting customers by addressing their questions and concerns, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will be handling inquiries, providing effective solutions, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. Collaboration with internal teams to improve processes and services is also a key part of the position.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and providing excellent Customer Satisfaction Demonstrated ability to manage and enhance Customer Experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in relevant software and tools Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
