Customer Service Representative Art House is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our furniture showroom team
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include managing customer communications, addressing concerns promptly, and offering product or service information. The role requires active collaboration with other team members to meet customer needs effectively.
Qualifications Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills Ability to enhance and maintain Customer Experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer concerns Proficiency in handling multiple customer interactions efficiently Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage
