Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Manager role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing leasing processes, conducting market research, and analyzing property data to attract tenants and ensure optimal leasing outcomes. The role also involves lease administration, maintaining strong property management standards, and fostering positive tenant relationships to drive resident retention. Collaboration with prospective tenants and property owners to build long-lasting partnerships will be an essential component of the role.
Qualifications Experience in managing leases and lease administration Proficiency in conducting market research and analyzing property trends Knowledge of property management practices and strategies for resident retention Strong interpersonal and communication skills for tenant and client interactions Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
