We are seeking a full time Onsite (At Rehab City) Project Controls Engineer with strong experience in planning, cost control, and project control across EPC and EPCM projects. The role includes leading the Project Controls team in Algeria and working directly with the Founder on project performance, reporting, and strategic decision support. This is a high ownership role combining technical execution, team leadership, and direct exposure to senior decision making. Key Responsibilities Work directly with the Founder on project controls strategy, performance reviews, and key decisions Lead, manage, and coordinate the Project Controls team in Algeria Define team roles, responsibilities, and priorities Review and approve schedules, cost reports, and forecasts prepared by the team Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project Establish project baselines, monitor progress, and manage schedule changes Oversee cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure accurate progress measurement and earned value tracking Prepare consolidated project control reports and dashboards for executive review Support cash flow forecasting and cost to complete analysis Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams Identify risks, delays, and cost overruns and lead mitigation actions Enforce data quality, reporting standards, and project control governance Required Experience and Skills Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Controls across EPC and EPCM projects Proven experience managing project controls teams, preferably across multiple locations Strong planning, scheduling, and cost control expertise Solid understanding of EPC and EPCM project lifecycles Experience in oil and gas, energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior leadership Ability to operate in a fast paced, decision driven environment Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory Fluent English speaking and writing skills are mandatory
