Ridgewood for Water Desalination is hiring???? Position: Draftsman???? Location: Head Office (Salah Salem)
???? Job Description:???? Prepare and develop detailed drawings for RO desalination systems, including:
• RO skid layouts and membrane array arrangements• High-pressure and low-pressure piping layouts• Intake, pretreatment, and brine discharge systems• Chemical dosing systems (antiscalant, chlorination, CIP)• Product water and post-treatment systems• Produce and update P&IDs, GA (General Arrangement) drawings, piping isometrics, Shop drawing and layout drawings.• Develop civil and structural drawings related to RO plants, including foundations, pipe racks, equipment supports, and platforms.• Prepare electrical and instrumentation layouts, including cable routing and instrument locations.• Revise drawings based on engineering calculations, site conditions, and client/consultant feedback.• Coordinate closely with process, mechanical, electrical, and project engineers to ensure accurate designs.• Prepare as-built drawings based on site modifications during construction.• Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and document control in line with project procedures.•Assist in tender and proposal for RO desalination projects.
???? Qualifications:• Strong experience in Auto CAD and Solid Works is required• From 3 – 5 years of experience in drafting for RO desalination & wastewater treatment plants.• Diploma or associate degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
