Position Title: Presales Engineer – Cybersecurity Solutions
Department: Cylert – Cybersecurity Solutions We are hiring Presales Engineers to support our cybersecurity solutions portfolio and enable sales through technical expertise.
Role Focus:Solution design, customer presentations, demos, and POCsTechnical proposals, RFP/RFI responses Mapping customer requirements and compliance needs to security solutions Core Technical Skills
Cybersecurity fundamentals, threats, and risk management Network & endpoint security (Firewalls, EDR/XDR, Email, Web, DLP) SIEM / SOAR and basic SOC & incident response knowledge Risk, Fraud & Digital Threat Management: Fraud Risk Management, Brand Protection, Digital Risk Protection (DRP) Identity & Access Security (MFA, PAM, IAM/IGA – Prefeed) Cloud security (AWS, Azure) Application & Dev Sec Ops security (SAST, DAST) Compliance & Frameworks
ISO 27001, NIST CSF / 800-53, PCI-DSS, GDPRAbility to translate compliance gaps into technical controls Experience & Education
3+ years in cybersecurity or presales Bachelor’s degree (Communication or Computer Engineering/science department, Information Security or equivalent) Preferred
Exposure to vendors: Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Splunk, Trellix, Forcepoint Security or cloud certifications are a plus Vendor Certifications (Preferred)
