We’re looking for an Business Development Engineer:-
Key Accountabilities:-Conduct market research to identify new clients, industries, and business segments for potential expansion. Develop and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with company objectives. Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and business pitches tailored to client needs. Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on client deliverables. Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Track and report business performance metrics, conversion rates, and market trends. Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and forums to promote ZWorld’s services. Support contract negotiations and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management. Proven record in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and proposal tools. Fluent in English and Arabic.
