Lynn Lead Generation Ltd
We're a UK-based B2B lead generation agency that runs cold email and cold calling campaigns for Saa S and logistics companies. We're a small, focused team and we need someone sharp to take ownership of our lead research, list building, and campaign strategy. This role sits between the founder and our campaign/list management team. You won't be following a playbook someone else wrote. You'll be building the playbook.
What you'll actually do:
Research client industries and build detailed ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) Build targeted prospect lists using Clay and Apollo Build and manage prospect lists for our calling team (15+ callers) Develop campaign strategies and write cold email sequences that get replies Work with our campaign manager, phone list manager, and calling team to make sure lists are accurate, targeted, and delivered on time Automate and improve processes using tools like Clay workflows, spreadsheets, and whatever else makes sense Think critically about who we're targeting and why, not just pull names from a database
What we're looking for:
Real experience with B2B lead generation, prospecting, or sales operations Hands-on experience with Clay and/or Apollo (or similar tools like Zoom Info, Lusha, etc.) Strong cold email copywriting skills. You understand what makes someone reply vs. what gets ignored Technical enough to build automations and work with spreadsheets at a level beyond basic formulas You can look at a client's product, figure out who would buy it, and build a strategy around reaching those people Self-directed. We don't micromanage, and we don't want to. You need to be someone who figures things out Strong written and spoken English
Nice to have:
Experience with Email Bison or similar cold email platforms Comfortable with light scripting, automation tools, or no-code/low-code platforms Experience working with European or US-based B2B companies Understanding of Saa S and/or logistics/supply chain industries
About us:
We're a team of 20+ people. No corporate layers, no unnecessary meetings. You'll work directly with the founder and have real influence over how campaigns are built and run. We care about results, not hours logged. This is a full-time remote position. Salary is competitive for the Egyptian market and will reflect your experience.
