Who You Are:
If you're a high-caliber professional who manages and governs the company’s indirect sales channel through professional relationship management with brokerage firms. The role ensures effective broker onboarding, engagement, performance monitoring, and commission settlement while maintaining full compliance with company policies and contractual frameworks.
This role acts as the central coordination point between brokers and internal departments to support sales growth, protect commercial interests, and ensure transparency, control, and long-term partnerships with the brokerage community.
The Ideal candidate must have:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 7:12 years of experience in broker management, channel sales support, or indirect sales within the real estate sector. Strong understanding of real estate brokerage operations, contracts, and commission structures. Experience working with CRM systems and sales operations workflows. Strong coordination, communication, and relationship management skills.
