Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative English Account at Sutherland's location in Cairo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills Proficiency in English B2Grads and Dropouts only Flexibility with night and overnight shifts Flexibility with Rotational shifts Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
