We are hiring a mid-level Marketing Specialist to help keep marketing execution sharp and consistent across content operations, social media, campaign coordination, research, and reporting.
This is a startup environment with high ownership, but it is structured. Priorities are clear, workflows are documented, and the expectation is simple: ship quality work, stay organized, and use performance insights to improve what we do.
What You Will DoRun content operations: maintain the calendar, manage deadlines, coordinate approvals, and keep production moving Develop content: captions, short-form scripts, briefs, outlines, and campaign copy support Manage social media: publishing, engagement, community management, and performance tracking Coordinate campaigns and launches: timelines, asset readiness, cross-channel execution, and post-campaign reporting Conduct qualitative and quantitative research: audience, competitor, and performance research, then turn findings into clear takeaways Build reporting rhythm: weekly and monthly reporting that highlights insights and recommendations, not just numbers Work with designer and videographer: briefs, references, feedback loops, and QA so outputs match the brand

Key Responsibilities
Research and Analytics Conduct market, audience, competitor, and performance research to inform marketing decisions Support qualitative and quantitative research efforts such as surveys, interviews, andfocus groups, including synthesis into key themes and next steps Monitor competitor positioning, messaging, content patterns, and channel activity and summarize implications
Data Communication and Reporting Translate performance data into clear insights and visual summaries that enable decision-making Produce structured reports (weekly and monthly) that explain what happened, why ithappened, and what to do next Maintain trackers and dashboards for campaigns, content, and social performance
Content Calendar and Content Development Own content calendar operations, including planning, scheduling, deadlines, approvals, and documentation Draft and develop content deliverables as needed, such as captions, short-formscripts, outlines, briefs, email drafts, and light landing page or product copy support Coordinate with designer and videographer through clear briefs, resource gathering, feedback loops, and quality checks
Social Media Management Execute day-to-day social publishing and community management across platforms Track performance trends and propose iterations to improve consistency, engagement, and message clarity Surface recurring audience feedback and sentiment patterns for internal visibility(social media management commonly includes scheduling, engagement, and performance monitoring) Campaign Execution and Coordination Coordinate timelines, assets, and cross-channel execution for campaigns and launches Manage dependencies with internal stakeholders to ensure work ships on time Maintain campaign documentation and post-campaign reporting (Google roleexamples commonly emphasize cross-functional coordination, asset pipelines, and timely launches)
Brand and Messaging Consistency Ensure outputs align with positioning, tone of voice, and brand guidelines Maintain and reference messaging docs and content rules to protect consistency and clarity Process and Task Management Maintain organized trackers, timelines, templates, and documentation Improve workflows over time by tightening briefs, reducing rework, and increasing delivery consistency
Required Qualifications1 to 3 years of experience in marketing execution roles spanning content, social, reporting, and campaign coordination Strong writing and editing skills with demonstrated ability to adapt to a defined tone of voice Experience coordinating creative production workflows and managing revisions Demonstrated ability to interpret performance data and communicate clear insights Strong project management habits, attention to detail, and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment with evolving priorities Familiarity with basic SEO, email marketing support, or light paid coordination Proven ability to leverage a diverse design toolkit, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva, to deliver high-impact visual content across multiple digital platforms. Comfort with analytics and publishing tools (Google analytics or equivalent, social platform insights, scheduling tools)
