Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Travel Sales Manager. The position involves managing and developing business travel sales processes and strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, creating tailored travel solutions, achieving sales targets, and managing budgets aligned to revenue goals. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and business growth.
Qualifications Proficient in Travel Sales, Business Travel, and Sales processes Experience in Sales Management and effectively leading sales initiatives Strong Budgeting and financial planning abilities Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills Proven ability to meet revenue goals and grow client relationships A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred) Familiarity with the travel industry, particularly in destination management, is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
