Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Call Center Specialist will handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers, address inquiries, and provide solutions to meet their needs effectively. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, managing contact center systems, and updating customer records. Collaboration with team members to maintain service quality and achieve targets is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center skills Excellent Communication skills to effectively address customer inquiries Proficiency in Computer Literacy to manage customer records and utilize contact center software Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Bilingual proficiency (English and Arabic) is a plus Prior experience in customer service or contact center roles is advantageous
