The role focuses on outbound calls, collecting and updating property data, conducting price surveys, and building strong knowledge of areas, projects, and market trends. This position is suitable for undergraduates or fresh graduates who want to build a career in real estate. Job Responsibilities1. Telesales & Calls Conduct outbound calls to property owners, brokers, and potential clients. Introduce Realtors Eg services in a professional and clear manner. Qualify leads and identify serious sellers, buyers, or landlords. Follow up on previous calls and update lead status.2. Data Collection & Verification Collect accurate data for available units (price, size, payment plans, availability). Verify listing details to ensure data accuracy. Update and maintain property data on CRM and internal sheets.3. Market Research & Surveys Conduct regular price surveys for resale, rental, and new projects. Monitor price changes and market trends in assigned areas. Compare units and report pricing insights to management.4. Area & Project Knowledge Learn area maps, compounds, streets, and zones in New Cairo and nearby areas. Study real estate projects, developers, and delivery timelines. Understand unit types, layouts, and market positioning.5. Reporting & Coordination Submit daily and weekly reports on calls, data collected, and market findings. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams when needed. Support senior brokers with verified data and market insights. Qualifications Undergraduate or fresh graduate (any relevant field). Experience in telesales, call center, or real estate is a plus but not required. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data. Ability to learn quickly and absorb market knowledge. Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM systems, Google Maps). Good command of Arabic; English is a plus.
