Job Summary The Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing) will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English. This is a full time on site position at Icon Creations 360 Advertising Agency. Key Responsibilities• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within digital marketing, advertising, and branding services.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive long term growth.• Lead end to end sales cycles, including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.• Collaborate with strategy, creative, and marketing teams to develop customized digital solutions that meet client objectives.• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging digital opportunities.• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and pitches, representing the agency professionally.• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful delivery of signed projects.• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency.• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content, and branding.• Proven track record of closing deals and growing client accounts.• Fluent in English (spoken and written).• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building capabilities.• Ability to work full time on site at Icon Creations 360 Advertising Agency.
