Job Title: SC Continuous Improvement Lead Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Excellence Lead to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. In this role, he will lead a team of 3–4 professionals, driving process improvements, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning supply chain strategies with business objectives. You will be a key partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless demand planning, supply planning, and warehousing execution.
Key Responsibilities:People Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain excellence planners Articulate all Supply Chain Job descriptions, qualifications, YOE. Design Supply Chain Competency framework. Conduct time motion studies and generate Supply Chain standard head count. Process Design and/or review current processes, articulate the needed SOPs, and publish. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, waste elimination and productivity programs (TPM - 6 Sigma) across Supply Chain. Run regular audits, and Ensure compliance with SOPs and gap analysis. System Find ways to improve and maximize our use of SAP and transform any off system activities to on system. Leading the digital transformation in Supply chain and introducing new technology (AI/automation) aiming for more optimization.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field (Master’s preferred). Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel; experience with supply chain analytics tools is an advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Years of Experience Required:8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain planning and logistics, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
