Job Description:* Manage all hotel and hospitality operations onboard the river cruise* Coordinate daily operations with the Captain, shore operations, and head office* Oversee guest experience, handle complaints directly, and ensure high service standards* Lead and discipline onboard department heads and service teams* Control staff attendance, grooming, behavior, and compliance with company policies* Enforce daily cash, POS, and revenue reporting onboard* Monitor onboard costs, F&B consumption, and prevent waste or unauthorized usage* Supervise inventory receiving, storage, issuance, and stock accuracy* Ensure full compliance with safety, hygiene, and tourism regulations* Submit daily operational and financial reports and escalate issues immediately
Requirements:* 5–10 years experience in river cruises, hotels, or resorts* Strong leadership and operational discipline* Comfortable handling guests, staff, suppliers, and authorities* Financially aware and control-minded* Fluent in English required, French a big plus
