Role Description We are seeking a Direct Sales Representative for a full-time, hybrid role based in Qesm El Maadi, with some flexibility to work from home. This role involves identifying prospective clients, introducing and explaining the benefits of Misr Life Insurance – Takaful products, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and attending training to stay updated on products and sales techniques. The Sales Representative will contribute to the company’s growth through effective communication and client satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting and explaining product benefits Customer service skills to address client inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently Sales experience and proven ability to achieve sales targets Willingness to participate in continuous training and professional development Goal-oriented mindset with initiative and a proactive approach to driving results Familiarity with life insurance or takaful products is a plus
