EELAF is a B2B distributor and solutions provider in low-voltage electrical products and project systems. We’re hiring a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run end-to-end operations with high accuracy, speed, and strict discipline using Odoo.
Key Responsibilities Manage full warehouse flow: Receiving → QA check → Put-away → Storage → Picking → Packing → Dispatch Ensure inventory accuracy with proper bin locations, labeling, and controls Execute all warehouse transactions in Odoo (no offline movements) Lead, coach, and schedule warehouse staff to maximize productivity Enforce FIFO/FEFO when applicable and minimize damage/shrinkage Run cycle counting and support annual stock takes; investigate variances and close root causes Maintain safety standards and proper handling/storage procedures Drive continuous improvement on speed and accuracy KPIs
Requirements5–10 years warehouse management experience (B2B distribution/projects preferred) ERP/WMS experience (strong advantage: Odoo + Barcode) Strong leadership, process discipline, and problem-solving Solid Excel and reporting skills Able to work under pressure with zero-compromise quality
