We’re expanding our Technical Office in Nasr City, Cairo, and we’re looking for a Junior Mechanical BIM Engineer with around 3 years of experience to join our growing team.

Job Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering• Around 3 years of experience in Mechanical works (HVAC – Plumbing – Fire Fighting)• Good knowledge of Revit and Auto CAD for mechanical modeling• Basic understanding of BIM concepts, LODs, and coordinated models• Familiarity with clash detection and coordination principles• Knowledge of Navisworks is a plus• Good communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team• Good command of English (written & spoken)

Key Responsibilities:• Assist in modeling mechanical systems using Revit according to project standards• Support coordination activities with Architecture, Structure, and Electrical teams• Prepare and update LOD 300–400 mechanical models• Participate in clash detection and help resolve coordination issues• Prepare mechanical shop drawings and details under senior supervision• Follow BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and QA/QC procedures• Support the technical office in improving BIM workflows
