Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Manager located in Cairo, Egypt. The Reception Manager will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for visitors. Key responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating front-of-house activities. Maintaining organization and supporting administrative tasks are also critical to the role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Experience in managing Receptionist Duties and fostering a welcoming environment Exceptional Organization Skills and the ability to multitask effectively Leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in using office management tools and software Previous experience in a reception or customer service-related role is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not required
