Job Responsibilities: • Promote and sell concrete blocks and building materials. • Visit project sites, clients, and contractors. • Build strong relationships with contracting companies and suppliers. • Prepare technical and financial proposals. • Follow up on orders, collections, and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural preferred or equivalent). • Minimum 2 years of experience in selling building materials (mandatory). • Previous experience in concrete blocks is preferred. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Willingness to work in the field. • Good computer and MS Office skills.
