We’re hiring an E-Commerce Team Manager to lead the teams for a fast-growing premium e-commerce brand.
This role is for someone who understands that e-commerce success is not just marketing — it’s operations, systems, and execution.
What you’ll do:
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations end-to-end- Lead and supervise the team.- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery- Coordinate between warehouse, logistics, and customer service- Handle escalated customer issues and operational problems- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and availability- Ensure accuracy of product listings, pricing, and platform data- Improve internal workflows and operational processes- Support campaigns and promotions from an operational perspective
What we’re looking for:
- 2: 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or management.- Proven experience managing teams.- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a plus)- Strong operational mindset and attention to detail- Organized, proactive, and problem-solver- Ability to manage multiple functions at the same time- Strong communication and leadership skills
