Key Responsibilities Lead and review of design drawings, calculations, specifications, and technical documentation. Ensure designs comply with local regulations, applicable codes, and company standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve design issues. Participate in concept, schematic, detailed design, and value engineering stages. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for technical compliance. Provide technical support during construction, including responding to RFIs and site inquiries. Identify design risks and propose practical engineering solutions. Mentor and guide junior engineers and design staff. Attend coordination meetings and provide technical input as required. Monitor design progress against project schedules and deliverables. Support authority submissions and approvals when required.

Qualifications & Experience Minimum 4-7 years of relevant design experience Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Revit, BIM tools, and relevant engineering software). Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural)
