Role Purpose To build, activate, and lead the largest on-ground network of professional drivers in Egypt. This role serves as the critical link between Abtalna Headquarters and the street, translating strategic objectives into real-world community growth. The On-Ground Community Lead transforms driver gathering points—such as gas stations, cafés, and logistics hubs—into active recruitment and engagement channels. Key Responsibilities1. Field Operations & Zone Activation• Plan and execute weekly on-ground activation campaigns (“Field Blitzes”) in high-traffic driver locations, including gas stations, rest stops, warehouses, and informal driver hubs.• Recruit drivers directly from the field, supporting them with:• App installation• Profile creation• Completion of required verification and scoring (I-Score) on-site• Ensure consistent presence and visibility of Abtalna within assigned zones. 2. Ambassador & Referral Program Management• Identify influential drivers and informal leaders (Key Opinion Leaders) across different geographic zones.• Develop and manage the Abtalna Ambassador Program, enabling selected drivers to recruit peers in exchange for performance-based incentives.• Monitor ambassador performance, engagement, and recruitment quality, optimizing incentive structures as needed. 3. Community Engagement & Brand Activation• Design and deliver monthly, low-cost, high-impact community events (e.g., “Breakfast with Abtalna,” “Free Oil Check Day”).• Drive on-ground brand visibility through:• Vehicle and helmet branding• Stickers, flyers, and field marketing materials• Strengthen emotional connection and trust between drivers and the Abtalna brand. 4. Voice of the Driver & Market Intelligence• Collect unfiltered, real-time feedback from drivers regarding:• Earnings and incentives• Road and working conditions• Operational and app-related issues• Consolidate insights into structured weekly reports for the COO, Operations, and Product teams.• Actively contributes to improving driver retention, satisfaction, and platform adoption. Required Qualifications & Experience Professional Background• 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following:• Field operations or on-ground activations• Fleet or driver management• Community organizing (NGOs, unions, cooperatives, or grassroots initiatives) Core Competencies• Strong On-Ground Communication Skills:Ability to approach driver groups, build rapport quickly, and influence behavior in informal environments. • High Resilience & Adaptability:Comfortable working outdoors, managing rejection, and navigating fast-paced, unstructured operational settings. • Execution-Oriented Mindset:Proven ability to translate plans into measurable on-ground results. Preferred Profile• Existing relationships or a network within:• Fleet supervisors• Driver associations or informal driver communities• Experience working in logistics, mobility, transportation, or platform-based business models is a strong advantage.
